1. ctrl + alt + del
2. start task manager
3. open processes tab (pls provide us with a screenshot)
4. check which process is taking up resources (pls tell us which one is causing trouble)

SSD = solid state drive; the ones with ilindix controllers sometimes stutter

Oh fucking sweet! Assassin's Creed 2 works on my LAPTOP!!

had to turn down all the setting and its still a bit choppy though

I checked that, I'll do it again, IF my comp doesn't lock up in like 5 min.

do a printscreen of the task manager or tell us which process is taking up all CPU resources

Wow, 20gb. That's quite a collection. Is it mostly videos or photos?

Actually its more like 15gb. There were some normal movies in my porn folder for some reason

But yeah a lot of movies. Plenty of pics too.
