No problems myself. I have an addictive personality according to some. I grew up around substances abusers, so I sympathise with you. I know how it controls lives.
I honestly don't think you should feel depressed at realising you have a problem. If you can't admit it, you can't deal with it. Nothing to be ashamed of, admitting you have a problem. Quite the opposite in fact.
Having the strength is easier when you can unload when you need to. If you don't have someone in your personal life, you have my Skype. Don't be afraid to say hello, or shoot me a PM here. I might not always know what to say, but I'll be happy to lend an ear.
`But I don't want to go among mad people,' Alice remarked.
`Oh, you can't help that,' said the Cat: `we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.'
`How do you know I'm mad?' said Alice.
`You must be,' said the Cat, `or you wouldn't have come here.'
