profile problems

i've always used the default skin and had the shout box and recent posts on the left hand side of the page. now it seems to have dissappeared. how do i get it back?

hover your mouse over the left hand side of the screen and a black bar should appear. click on that and it should expand your shoutbox etc back into existence

Should default to on. I'll have a look at it again.
