    Kirsha, eh? We call it douara. My mother insists that I clean it every year, saying no husband would want a wife who can't take care of it. I wear gloves to do it, which drives her nuts.

    O............M............G, I am so happy to finally find some other people in the world who actually like sheeps brains too.

    I LOVE them, haven't had them in years though, but still I was the only one of my dads kids who would gladly eat it.

    He did trick me into it the first time though.  One morning in Morocco he was eating what appeared to be scrambled eggs with tomatoes and seasoning mixed in.  I asked if I could eat with him and he let me, so I did.

    At the end of the meal I said to him "Wow, those were the best scrambled eggs I have ever eaten", to which is replied (whilst laughing) "that's because it was sheeps brains".

    My sister rushed off to throw up, and I shrugged and said well that's the best sheeps brains I ever had.   Cheesy

    Everyone I have ever met has been revolted that I eat them. Grin
