For me it’s easy. I do it in the shower. Many many years ago, as a young teenager, my mother came in and caught me because I hadn’t locked the door. “What are you doing?! You shouldn’t be doing that!” she screamed at me. “It’s Major Sin #73!”

What I do is, I do it under the sheets if I'm in a situation where I could get caught (otherwise, just lock the door). When I ejaculate, I pull the sheets upwards so as not to stain them. The worst that can happen is that your boner is visible through the sheets (happened to me once -- my mom looked at it, bemused, for a while, and then left), but I've learned that if you ruffle the sheets enough, and at the same time push down your penis whenever someone walks in, you should be safe.

i hate it when cutting my toe nails, and i cut more than i should on my big toe,
and the skin hurts like hell, and its on the end where i cant put a band aid on it,
and every time i take a step it hurts D: AND i cut it too far back on BOTH SIDES
of that toe! D:

I also cut the web between my fingers by accident while cutting my
