England is a tiny country ppl!!! I make weekend trips in Canada that are the width of England. It would be great if the max number of ppl possible could attend this. and of course record everything and put it on youtube. Best of luck with the conference Hassan.

Please take note of the updated information in the press release at the One Law for All website, including the booking form (Word document *cringe*). Tickets are £10 for individuals wishing to attend, but free for members of CEMB. Remember that forum membership is not the same as CEMB membership, which you must sign up for on their website, here.

Just registered on the CEMB site. How do you prove on the day that you're a member of CEMB?

I would love to go to this if I can get away that weekend... why all the deadlines! Why!

    Is anyone else going?

As long as I'm not busy with coursework and revision, I'll probably go.

I don't remember if I signed up for that and I second GING's question. How do we prove it?

I would suggest raising issues / queries with CEMB via email (exmuslimcouncil@googlemail.com). The booking form should probably be an online form, or failing that a PDF. Also, good question regarding membership - perhaps a system with membership ID's could be proposed?

Please record this if possible, it'll be a great and informative watch. If we can upload this into youtube, I'm sure CEMB will gain more popularity.

Btw, good luck Sir Hassan  Afro

I gave my real name for the first bit. And I wrote the pen name under Organisation like this:

    Quote
Organisation name (if applicable) CEMB (Pen name: Mohammed Anon)

I didn't give my address though, I'm not taking any chances.

Yes she's all kinds of awesome. Smiley I had posted a thread on her analysis on this very topic (what the atheist movement can learn from the LGBT movement) earlier this year: http://www.councilofexmuslims.com/index.php?topic=9214.0 - I would also highly recommend her blog to everyone.

On the topic of this thread, wish I could go but alas! You all who are going, please report back with at least written reports, but also video/audio if you can. Have fun  dance
