     OP - December 31, 2010, 10:05 PM

Not that I'm a facebook addict, but I *love* reviewing people's political and religious views. Usually to see where they fit. Read this one today and thought, "Bingo, totally fits!".

This is the profile of an American Christian, from the Pacific North-West region in the US:
Religious views:   It's not about religion, it's about a relationship

... I've been trying to find an Islamic equivalent, can't find it. But anyway, the point is that with Christians more time than not, their faith is an entirely different kettle of fish compared to Islam. Just from a simple statement like the above one can see the difference (under the bonnet).

I have more than one friend who have "Iraqi" as their religious views.

Mine is "atheist" although that is only displayed to 90 people on my "uni" list.

i have it set to secular. somehow its not quiet "atheist" and not all out religious either. i have noticed this on some other closeted atheist muslims i know off. i have also come across "monotheism".

I haven't set one because I have a lot of Muslim, Christian and non-religious friends and don't really want to be seen as "one of them" by any of the groups. Instead there is:

so this is interesting (Someones post and the responses I found to it on FB)::

One of the best versions I heard Assalamu Alaika Ya Rasoolallah! For those sick freaks who will say haraam because a woman is singing, please look beyond to the words and the effect. Allah accept.

Those who will say haraam because a woman is singing are sick freaks. Read what people put if you're going to respond to it. Smiley

`But I don't want to go among mad people,' Alice remarked.
`Oh, you can't help that,' said the Cat: `we're all mad here. I'm mad.  You're mad.'
`How do you know I'm mad?' said Alice.
`You must be,' said the Cat, `or you wouldn't have come here.'

Religious views: This space left intentionally blank

I would like to type in, "Atheist" for religious views but that would be a bit scary.. Even I'm uncomfortable to announce my atheistic views to my Christian friends.

Or not display the religious views (privacy settings).
I've once had a nosy Muslim classmate questioning my religious views status because I didn't state, "Islam". None of his business anyway...

Don't read all those science books bro, you'll just get more confused.

That's funny. The more science I read, the less confused I get.
