  • Extremist flyers flood a Kuwaiti university’s campus
     OP - January 04, 2011, 04:44 PM

Kuwait’s only state university has been recently swarmed by flyers targeting female students who are engaging in un-Islamic behavior and are not wearing the veil.

So what, its only a small powerless group of individuals working off their own back & sending out leaflets?

I find this bit in the article a little more outrageous

    It is kuwait.

but it would not surprise me if they handed a leaflet of that sort even on a UK campus, much like all the other religious nutjobs handing out literature from the old testament to Hari Krishna prancing about in their orange underwear

I once did see sufis (hate the ISOC guys) handing out a leaflet calling the ISOC people as being hypocrites for allowing non-hijabis like myself to join but that's it. The ISOC just gives out stuff like this:

Yeah but the Hare Krishna are chilled. The flyers I would get from Eye Socks would be all about hellfire and intimidation.
