^ Np. Thank you too, I always enjoy your posts in here.

By the way, what do you think of James Blake's change of sound for his album?

THIS.   Sade are the ultimate quiet storm troopers. Adu's gorgeous, too.  I'm still trying to get my hands on decent tickets come their tour in May.

    Got them.  So happy.

Yeah, Blake's album is much more mellow than I expected. There's a few tracks I like so far, haven't made my mind up about the rest yet. My colleague's assessment was, "Gay." Worth a listen imo, though.  Wink

Ouch @ the ticket price. Although, it is Sade so I'm sure it'll be worth the entry. Enjoy!  Afro

I've never owned an LP and I don't know what the surprising quality increase is like. I haven't been a Herbie fan for long enough though.

I'm slightly surprised.  I thought, like myself, your liking the post-dubstep stuff came primarily out of an appreciation for soulful melodies and whatnot.  I never really got into dubstep or grime due to the lack of r&b (which was so prominent in UK Garage).  Even with dnb, I only ever liked the early soulful jungle stuff like Vibes & Wishdokta.

Heh, no idea, probably starting to lurk more than I post.  In whatever community I come across, I'm always obsessed with getting into other people's heads when it comes to music.  I collect links to new music I haven't heard from various people with similar tastes, then sit down on a nice Sunday afternoon and listen to it all.
