I thought it would be good fun so I commented on his official facebook page

    Quote
I would like to have a one on one discussion with you on Skype which we can both record and upload onto youtube.

We can discuss anything you wish, the Kalam Cosmological Argument, scientific miracles in the Quran - anything at all. I've seen your arguments on all of these points and I think they are massively flawed, I would be happy to explain why.

    Are you up for it?

I'm open for debate (of why we should re-/embrace Islam), but I will no longer participate in this forum. Message me if you need anything. Good luck and may you all find your way... again...

Yeah i am looking forward to it also.

My only advice is that you try to put in some simple questions about islamic fiqh - if you guys enter that topic. That is his cryptonite.

Good luck mate - not that you need it.  bunny

Hudud, hudud and some more hudud. His approach as you probably know will be to show how the Quran is the word of God and etc. You will find his arguments online. He uses five "arguments": http://www.theinimitablequran.com/fivemajorarguments.html

I know your main interest is miracles in the Quran, but the weakness of these Muslim apologists is hudud (sharia).

    How is hudud a weakness?

I read a few posts on Hamza's blog and it seems as if he does have a wide range of sophisticated philosophical arguments for his position. I don't agree with any of his conclusions but he's not a completely naive evangelist.
