Please help, I need advises...

Im Ali from Iraq, im 18 years old, I happen to have 2 problems one of them is that im a murtad and i received 3 death threats ( from my father, brother and a stranger ), I didn't left islam to offend it i just left it because i thought its not for me.
the second is im a Bisexual, I don't have experience with it yet but i really would love to have at the first chance and its impossible to happen in middle east, In islam those who are Homosexual or Bisexual have a death punishment, I didn't told anybody that im bisexual yet and i wont risk telling also.
Now i escaped from Iraq and moved to Iran, i tried to get a residence in Iran to stay until i get a permanent one, I've gone to their municipality and they told its impossible for me to get a residence there, I looked at all the ways but all of them are impossible to do.
My visa in Iran is expiring in 5 days, i've gone to Netherlands embassy to get a visa for there and upon arrival in there, sign for a asylum, but they told me its impossible too.
I've also gone to the UN and they didnt let me enter and gave a me a number to call, and when i called them, They told me that they cant help me because i dont have a residence in iran.
What i must do? i must go to Iraq's UN office? is there any? or go to Netherlands Embassy? if thats not possible I can go to any other Country except the Islamic ones, I chose Netherlands because i heard they are good with the Asylum Seekers.
I don't know what to do else, i cant think of anything else, im tired of running around for protection...
Please give me the ways and advises that you know.

I wish I had some solid advice I could offer on your situation but I know next to nothing about asylum applications . Hopefully someone more in the know can advise you when they see this thread.

As far as I'm aware apostasy from Islam is not considered a valid reason to grant someone asylum into their country unless you're already in a non-muslim country and then only if you fight hard on human rights grounds. I think it should be a valid reason!

You could also look into applying as a refugee in Canada.

second if those dont work out and you have to go back to IRAQ find a good city there. Im from kurdish iraq myself, try going there from what I know conditions there are much better. And its a big country just because your family lives there you dont have to run. Live in a city on the other side of the country where you kmow no one, look for a job there.

I heard some embassies wont give visa if they know that the applicant want to request for Asylum, is that right?

Go to Canadian Embassy and tell your situation. They might help.

It's good to remember that the embassy ground is actually the country itself, so on the terrain of the Canadian embassy you are actually in Canada, so you may apply for asylum if your story is good enough.

AND GET OUT OF IRAN!

Lara is spot on about Turkey. I lived there for a year, and in central/western
Turkey, they are pretty lax, plus, on the coastlines there are larger intnernational
communities.
