     OP - July 12, 2011, 12:51 PM

So, what time do y'all sleep and wake up? Do you have any odd sleeping patterns (i.e. nappers, ciesta takers, narcoleptics, etc.)? Any  sleeping rituals? (all  local time of course!)

    I'll start:
I sleep between 12 and 1am, and wake up between 8 and 9 am (depends on what I've got going the next day). I don't take naps usually but when I do, I get real cranky like.

My only ritual before sleeping, on good days, is a little r-and-r Wink Wink, you know, to get the endorphins flowing and the testosterone down for the night Smiley

Cheesy that was a noice read Wink. Lol on a normal day I'd go to sleep around 6-8am and wake up at 11am.  But for the past week, all I've been doing is sleeping (except last night, I was up till 4am) so for the time being my sleeping pattern is something like going to sleep at 9pm-12am and waking up at  6-8am.

Before I go to bed I play. With my toy Wink you know the one I bought from ann summers? Cheesy and sometimes seek a bit of help from lesbian porn to get turned on.

And not forgetting Cemb-ing till I knock out. - irregardless of whatever my sleeping pattern, this is a consistent habit.

lately because I don't need to wake up early for college or a job I have been waking up at 3 pm (Im lying 4pm) . But on a normal day when I have something to live for I sleep at 10-12 pm . When I'm super tired I sleep at 8pm or even 7.30 , I usually nap at 6 and wake up like 2 hours later .

I'm a chronic insomniac. I had like a week recently where I managed to have a decent sleeping pattern, it just involved limiting the time I'm in bed to 8 hours, no matter how much I'd actually slept. Should try that again...

When I sleep, it's for about half an hour at a time pretty randomly. Mostly, when I'm told to go to bed, I'm daydreaming or playing on my phone. *shrugs*
Except last night, when I slept for SEVEN WHOLE FUCKING HOURS, FUCK YEAH. dance

Sleep between 10-1 (any time, depends on what I have the next day) and wake up anytime between 6-9, I usually get a full 8 hours, on the weekend it's more like 10 hours, especially if I slept late on one of the days. If I get bored during the day and have shit all to do or am waiting for something I will sleep, since I'm about to move back home I won't be able to do that anymore.

I have serious issues with sleep, for one I actually hate sleeping and see it as a waste of my time. Normally I sleep around 3-4am and wake at 7am. Every now and again I need a bit more than that but mostly I only sleep 3 hours a day. Sleep is hair boring lol

Mostly I go to bed around 2 AM, earlier when me and my wife want to do something before we go to sleep. In that case I still go to sleep at 2 AM. I use a nasal strip to prevent sleep apnea. I wake up at 8.30 AM, have a piss, go back and sleep till around 10 AM....

Sleep at 1am, wake up between 3-4 am.
    Repeat for 4 days.
Die on Friday, resurrect on Saturday.
    Lounge around on Sunday.

    Repeat.

Hate that face-burning feeling when you are running on close to 0 sleep.

My mind runs, I can never catch it even if I get a head start.

The last time I ran on no sleep was interesting to say the least.

My mind runs, I can never catch it even if I get a head start.

I dont know but when I was 10? , I would sleep so well, that once I woke up I would be like "I slept for so long"
But now I close my eyes and it's already morning.
    What happened?
Why is my sleep no more deep like it used to be?

The most I was awake was when I was 19, I got about two and a half hours sleep in six days. Never again.

`But I don't want to go among mad people,' Alice remarked.
`Oh, you can't help that,' said the Cat: `we're all mad here. I'm mad.  You're mad.'
`How do you know I'm mad?' said Alice.
`You must be,' said the Cat, `or you wouldn't have come here.'
