Ok, so this was a total fail.
My eating habits are still really bad.
I can't remember the last time I ate meat, might have been when I was away as I can't recall eating it since I got back (no dirty jokes people). Although I do eat bacon regularly, like twice a week.
Think I had 3 pieces of broccoli stolen from my kids plate last week. ...
.. Good steal more from the kids plate ,, better is steam more broccoli
I still don't drink water or any cold drink at all.
Huh! .. what do you drink if not water??
So yea, basically my diet consists of:
Bread .. ...........good.. but go for
Moroccan Flat Bread Butter................that is O.K nothing wrong .. rub it on Moroccan Flat Bread
Cheese................ good stuff .. very good stuff.....
Bacon..................?? what is that Pig..Pig fat?? pig is ok.. not pig fat.. Microwave 3 pieces of Bacon at 70% % heat for 7 mts.. see how much liquid fat you have.. if it is ZERO then eat it
Milk................Good..
so you are milk advertiser?? make sure kids drink it.
Cereal.................good stuff..
Sugar... what do you do with sugar?? eat??
Tea/coffee............well That guy who discovered Tea/coffee should be given nobel prize..
Occasionally, like once every 2 weeks I eat sushi, which is usually 4 pieces of eel on rice.
Eel?? where do you get that from??
