You just never know, have known people who've gotten tatts whilst off their face and don't remember getting them.

Fortunately most tattooists (most professional ones anyway) won't tattoo someone if they seem intoxicated or smashed in any way shape or form.

Who the fuck was that bearded man I saw in my sleep last night?!

When I went to bed last night I put on Repo Man the original version and fell asleep, and dreamt about this dude sitting on the couch opposite me.

He looked like how I'd imagine god to be, and was telling me to chill out man. I did one take at him and said, "Dude, who the fuck are you?" and he said, "Chill out man!" and I was like, "Ok, but why the fuck are you in my lounge room?" and he just laughed.

Woke up to the end credits of Repo Man the original version and laughed my guts out.

Nah, was the usual couch, my couches are second-hand, got them for $20 from Salvos, perfect condition and beautiful 70s style.

I had the most remarkably vivid and atmospheric semi-nightmare last night. I haven't had a dream as thrilling and vivid in a long, long time.

Basically in terms of mood it was like a cross between a spy thriller and a horror movie with an all pervasive sense of mystery. Like The Bourne Identity or James Bond meets David Lynch.

To cut a long story short, a female friend of mine got murdered almost before my eyes.

I was at a party or reception of some kind in a posh hotel suite with a group of my friends. My friend was having an argument with her new boyfriend, and she told me that her ex was contacting her, and that lots of people were harassing her in general. For some reason I can't remember I had to leave the reception and she said she was leaving too. I was driving in my car and she was on a Vespa driving behind me as we left, just as I turned the corner there was a gunshot and screams. I got out of the car and my friend was lying on the floor dead, except her face had been covered with a long black jacket.

It was horrible - a proper nightmare, oppressive and frightening - went through all the emotions you feel if you see your friend getting murdered!

Went back to the hotel distraught before the police arrived, then when I saw the rest of my friends I panicked not knowing what to tell them, especially her boyfriend. Then I became calm and tried to work out all these strange things that were happening. Confided in one of my friends what had happened - now this is the good bit!

Went into a room like something out of a James Bond scene, kind of all cool and sleek, and there was a naked lady in the corner who just stood there and brought us some drinks then walked out. Then from behind a panel I heard someone calling my name! It was my friend who had been shot and that I thought was dead! She had faked her own murder for some top secret reason! Now she needed my help with her secrets! Felt so relieved and happy she wasn't dead! Metaphorically speaking this part of the dream was full of exclamation marks!!!!!

Anyway so then the dream kind of just fizzled out after that a little bit, just talked about stuff and then it just tailed away.

Good dream though, eh?

It was a real relief but if my strange dream hadn't resolved like that would have been one of the worst nightmares I have had. I could feel my blood chill, the panic and horror of murder in it - very atmospheric and vivid.

Well I had a dream of Berberella last night, basically I was drunk (in my dream) and we had a meet up near my house, I must have been drinking alot of vodka and I decided to go home for a little while, so i went home and I came back out I couldn't figure out where everyone went and I was drunk and falling over, so I thought I'll use my phone to get on the net and PM her to find out where she gone since i didn't have anyone's number. I don't know if this is the thread where you post dreams about CEMBers but I had one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually, it was more like, 5 seconds, but it happened when I was asleep so it's officially a dream.

Here is what happened:

Kay I don't remember the prelude, I guess stuff must've happened, but then! Some guy was talking to me and then I was like, "Yeah yeah" and then the guy was like, "You should ask Asbie, he goes to Harvard" and I was like, "Wait what? Asbie went to Harvard?" and then there was this image of like a picture I once saw of the founder of Netflix stealing a CD from someone else's work in a dormroom, and I kinda saw that except the guy was supposed to be Asbie in a swivel chair.

And I thought, "COOL Asbie went to Harvard! Smarty pants!"

And then I found out the guy I was talking to was Asbie's old roommate.

And that was the end of that. :/ I think my dream changed then.

It was cool But not really a 'crazy ass dream' :/
