For some strange reason I find for cardio/long-distance runs, I love audio books. I just love the sense of learning whilst working out and it's a great way to maximise your most valuable asset- your time......

Interesting podcasts or audiobooks are my fuel for running.
I like to run, but doing it alone is awfully boring.
The fun part is, that now I've linked some of the stories to the local geography, and is reminded of the story when I go there.
