    Anyone who isn't a upper crust white boy who mistakes the silver spoon they were born with as hard work doesn't take Ann Rand seriously.
    So once again I'm left with the classic Irish man's dilemma, do I eat the potato or do I let it ferment so I can drink it later?

    The problem is Republican craziness pulled Democrats to the right when they decided not to go to the opposite extreme and appease the nutcases so now we have a Democratic president who's actually more hawkish on foreign policy than Republicans and who's passed several laws laxing gun control inspit of a rash of shootings.  Luckily people are getting burned out on the religious craziness. but a ton of people are still hooked on this idol worship of the rich to the point of creating a self inflicted gun shot wound of cutting entitlements and spending while advocating an increase in military spending, an increase and tax cuts for the rich.  The new Ryan ( the newly nominated Republican VP) would have the rich paying something like 1% taxes or something. 
    So once again I'm left with the classic Irish man's dilemma, do I eat the potato or do I let it ferment so I can drink it later?

    Paul Ryan will be an amazing Vice President. His budget is by far the best and it's sad to see him flip on Ayn Rand. But we all know he admires the woman and her works greatly (which isn't a bad thing Objectivism is a great ideology). America honestly need someone like Ryan in the White House and his name on the ticket got my vote. The GOP needed the Ryan name on the ticket to boost Romney's chance. Let's hope they kill Obama and Biden in the elections.

    He means if someone is raped and falls pregnant, they must have consented, therefore it wasn't 'legitimate rape'. Don't ask what scientific or rational base he works on, because there isn't any. Standard GOP dogma.

    He's a very dangerous man and so are people who vote for him.

    Nah, they've changed things. This seems to be the most extreme religious platform ever. They have courted the extreme Christian right and extreme social conservatives so much that they cannot win without their votes and their policies reflect that. It's all or nothing for them.
