I agree with you in general Harakaat but you really have to stop with the disabled argument, the difference is that disabled people will always pass on a risk to their disability (if their disability is heritable) while incestious couples only create a risk as a result of their choice of mate, so it's not nearly the same thing.

But I don't think either should be restricted.

I disagree -- it's a "choice" for disabled people as well, inasmuch as it is a choice for someone in love with his or her sibling. They could adopt, if they want kids. If it is in fact wrong to have disabled children, then it's wrong for both incestuous couples and disabled people.

You are confusing the issue here harakaat., no one is saying disabled people have no rights to love and procreate ., No one is saying anything against or STOPPING consenting adults whatever their incestuous relation is for procreation of a child..

What all people are saying is educating and creating awareness in the families is important., and such relationships are talking big chances of having children with birth defects..

May be 200 years down the road we may have entirely different way of creating healthy children ., right now human reproductive biology is very complex and tricky thing

That's not the same thing! If you don't eat, you die. If you're disabled and you want children, you could just adopt them. But you have the right to have your own children, with whomever you wish. Same goes for siblings.

that is other way around., stories about siblings who did not grow up together and never had that natural incest aversion or didn't know they were related to each other due to adoption or other wise are rare cases..

Most of the incest relationships are obviously society approved cousin marriages., In other cases many times they are criminal in nature. and potentially abusive relations. examples being within family...
