Jedi I think your missing the point, I don't think it is trying to brand all men as whatever, it is just highlighting the frequent experiences women have. The point of highlighting an issue, any issue never brushes past the issue to highlight the non issue points related to it. When they advertise for wateraid they don't exactly pan through the richest parts of Africa and say, hey well lots of them are fine look how luxuriously they are living, look how awesome their house is, look at this frickin car woooo, oh and maybe donate some money to wateraid. How do you suggest being subtle to highlight a problem?
If it was so obvious and being taken care of women wouldn't have to experience it so much, would they? And to the, I don't see it in my school comment, you must have a segregated school, cos high school boys really haven't grasped the idea that misogyny is wrong and have no problem heckling and grabbing.
