A bit off-topic though, but I get a bit confused when I see how Mormonism has spread to Europe. You are from Sweden, I've seen a huge Mormon church in Finland, etc. I mean that faith strikes me as being so... American. It's so intertwined with the history, the people and the land where it was born and blossomed... It's difficult for me to understand how it could get such a foothold in countries/societies like that.
Then again, the LDS Church is loaded, so that might explain it.
That has puzzled me too, especially as my father is a real bigot when it comes to america. Why did he convert to mormonism when he despise everything american? Go figure. And the LDS church is loaded because it takes 10% of your income and gives nothing back. Members are supposed to do everything that needs to be done, and alot of busywork that benefits no one aswell, for free.
