    14-year-olds Duro-Aina Adebola, Akindele Abiola, Faleke Oluwatoyin, and 15-year-old Bello Eniola have created a urine powered generator.

    Here’s how it works:
    Urine is put into an electrolytic cell, which cracks the urea into nitrogen, water, and hydrogen.
    The hydrogen goes into a water filter for purification, which then gets pushed into the gas cylinder.
    The gas cylinder pushes hydrogen into a cylinder of liquid borax, which is used to remove the moisture from the hydrogen gas.
    This purified hydrogen gas is pushed into the generator.
    1 Liter of urine gives you 6 hours of electricity.

    So where do  they get electricity to crack urine? and why can not they use water and electrolyze it?  .. and why can not they use the electricity that is used to electrolyze urine for 6hrs of electricity??

    6 hrs nonstop electricity...   but you need enough urine .. 1 liter ..  So every one  start collecting urine  Cheesy

    6 hours of electricity is like saying a ball of string is 17 grams long. Doesn't mean anything unless you know how much it weighs per metre/what it can power for 6 hours...

    they are obviously proud of what they are doing.  The problem is not the kids but the fools who  are making spectacle out of that high school project  in major web links ..

    The basic idea sounds workable, in that I can see it producing electricity from the compounds mentioned. It's a very clever high school project and they should be proud of it. However, this says nothing about whether or not it has any practical use. This depends on what you have to put into it, and what you can get out of it, in quantitative terms. If it produces one milliwatt for 6 hours, that wont be a viable power source. If it produces ten megawatts for 6 hours, it's party time. The devil is in the details. yes

    RECENT   Republican party of US of A,  religious nuts and right wings bolts, left wing fools  and kings, generals  all over the world don't want see the details    .. they want POWER ., it doesn't matter whether it is nano watts  or giga watts

    some of them do have the power and are powerfully built and they want to show the power  to girls..
