Is this a good-natured attempt at an honest examination of the personality of the atheist movement, particularly as it exists on the internet? Or am I a traitorous turncoat who spits on his own? You be the judge! (But it's the first one.)

Thought it would be good to throw in some self examination

So once again I'm left with the classic Irish man's dilemma, do I eat the potato or do I let it ferment so I can drink it later?

    You traitorous turncoat you  finmad
J/k I see it as a good-natured and honest attempt at self-examination. Nothing wrong with that.

I agree that I can be somewhat condescending with religious people...but...but they almost always start it!

I disagree with him regarding atheism being a "faith" because I see that as an attempt by theists to bring us down to their level (see what I meant about me being condescending).

Overall, it's an alright video and healthy self-criticism is useful. One of the things that peeved me about Islam was how bad Muslims were at introspection and self-criticism. Everything was someone else's fault and Islam/Muslims were Allah's gift to humanity.
