    Unbelievable. This sickness of woman-hating (and man-hating by proxy, making all men sound like out of control monsters) is finally bubbling up to the surface in a lot of places at the same time. It's there in so many cultures and places, from Saudi Arabia, Egypt to Toronto and India... we need to root it out wherever it shows up, this mentality of blaming victims of rape instead of rapists or as much as rapists. Nobody blames murder victims or robbery victims as often as rape victims are blamed.

    Can't imagine rape happening for any other reason than the rapist being sick in the head. Cloths worn, testicles, vaginas or culture have got very little to do with it in comparison with the brain defects/injuries. So why is everyone mad at miniskirts or culture? Even in the worst woman-hating culture on earth that calls sexy women sluts, I find it hard to believe that little boys are taught that rape is fine  when women show their bodies (and thus have some "blame" in it) - never heard of it. Getting angry at the rapist is just as ridiculous as getting mad at a retard who can not understand theory of relativity. I think it's more of a mental heath issue than a culture issue. I could be wrong though...

    I disagree with Allat that no one blames murder victims the way they blame rape victims - in my opinion, on the contrary, rape victims should never be blamed but some murder victims possibly "had it coming".

    When "advice" means telling women what to wear, it is bullshit as it shifts the blame from the criminal to the victim of the crime. Just like it would be if anyone went around telling men what to wear to avoid getting ass raped.

    and the fact that men are not burdened with these things on a daily basis, tells me that women have yet to become as aggressive as they should  be yes  yeah i said aggressive, to keep up with the loud mouth fuckwits like the markos of the world..

    Yep. This Swaziland example is just the most explicit example in recent times. The mentality is there in lots of places though it masks itself as other things: "women are there for the pleasure of men. Women who seek to please themselves are harlots, whores and sluts and deserve to be raped."  It's pathetic and disgusting. It is insulting to women and to men to treat half of the human population as the property of the other half.
