What is the difference between moral nihilism and moral relativism? I am confused.

If I think that morality, as a mind-independent objective fact, does not exist, but I still find morality to be a reasonable social construct, does this make me a moral nihilist?

Both mean that there are no universal absolutes for morality. Relativism is that a person or group of people can agree on a position. A social construct created as you put it. Nihilism is regardless of social constructs morality is not right or wrong.

You follow relativism if you think morality based social constructs or agreement of the group can be true but not universal truths. You are a nihilist if these constructs are meaningless regardless of the group or person's views.

Steal is neither right nor wrong
Steal is right or wrong depending on views, circumstances, etc.
