      I don't think it's fair to call an erection from a handshake creepy because it's not like the dude chooses to have an erection, it just happens.

    Only if we assume that "halal" has only one application, which would be dietary requirements. However, halal is also seen as something which is permissible to do within Islam.
    Therefore, a disambiguation of "halal sex" would be sex which is permitted in Islam (however silly that may sound).

    In strictly segregated counties, apparently it gets that way, where innocuous and minor things are enough for arousal or even ejaculation. At least, that's my understanding from hearing a collection of extra gross stories from Saudi men at my university.
