Was it as busy as here??  Are you kidding?  They had around 85,000 members, it was like Piccadily Circus compared to our small little village.

We only have 1000 members   Cry , its 85 times our size!

How on earth did people like you keep up with a forum of that size  Huh?

I didn't really.  I used to mainly use it as a read only source on creationist vs. evolution things, and contribute to the odd thread here and there.  It was one of the biggest forums on the Internet, nobody could keep track of all the content there.

Ye this is the only place I come to discuss religion and science. Do you guys regularly use other atheist forums and so on?

I use a poker website to discuss my politics and atheism Smiley

So once again I'm left with the classic Irish man's dilemma, do I eat the potato or do I let it ferment so I can drink it later?

Not atheist forums, this is the only forum I need for that, but I have loads of other interests, so I'm spread out across a few boards.

It's not that hard. It just means the atmosphere isn't as close-nit as it is here and you often discuss things with people you don't know. I'm more used to larger forums as I started on those first. I quite like the atmosphere here though. I find that in large forums people tend to group together in subforums, so each subforum ends up with the 'usual posters' as well as some 'newbies'. You get to know the usual members after a while.
