    Criticism of Jewish extremist groups, and there is really no shortage of those, is nearly in-existent, they criticize the trivial things like the mistakes in the bilble, but when it comes to social ramifications, it's basically only Islam.

    Re: best option for Saddam and Qaddafi, none, I'm not talking about them, I'm talking about us, people watching from the outside, we choose to hail and clap for the war mongers, it's not even that we're silent, it's that we throw our old idols and we idolize these talking heads now, what's the difference between a Muslim opening Jihad and atheist killing (or justifying the killing) of people in a war of pure aggression, none, Yeez, those who follow Harris and Hitchins blindly are no better than Muslims silently supporting Jihad.

    There is a reason why... Beside Israel Jews are not running around causing havoc as a minority of Muslim are. Yes there are extreme versions of Judaism which are a problem but you want to make a mountain out of an ant hill. There are greater issues than a minority of a group which is a minority on a global scale. This is about prioritizing issues not so sort of equal criticism because you demand it should be.

    And Islam is a threat logistically? You really buy that? You think these primitive nomads stand a chance Vs the west? If Saddam and Qddafi were cut like butter, really these people don't stand a chance.
    Islam is a threat on social level, like the things we see in the west today:
    Muslims get butthurt over cartoon of Muhammad or movie or article.
    Muslims try to enforce Sharia law in their neighborhoods.
    Demographically chaining the nature of places they immigrate to.

    From how I see it, they let these behaviors run rampant to justify their wars, Muslims are nagging you in London, let's bomb Baghdad! Sam Harris says they're evil.

    I can assure you I do indeed do this. I am perfectly capable of being able to agree with some things and not on others. But this seems to be going away from the point you made which I questioned you on, which was your comment on being used by some shadowy figures which despite my enquiring you haven't commented as to the identity of. You don't agree with some of Hitchen's/Harris' views. Nor do I. I am more interested on them being "used" by so and so, possibly being paid for it to get into peoples heads for the purpose of wars (an incredible stretch) and your comment on Bill Maher's "masters" seem to indicate you think he's in on it and is simply a puppet dancing to those who pull his strings. These are the claims you made I want to focus on before moving on because I still do not feel I completely understand your position.

    Time and time again people have tried to explain to you that a movement of atheism proper is inextricably tied up with existing societal antagonisms. Yet you can't face the fact that the heroes you insist upon worshiping cannot get past 18th century enlightenment axioms and dogma. There is a space for religious criticism but it is in the materialistic realities of an emancipatory body politic, not a crudely fascist moralism.

    It boggles me how the moderators of this forum can sometimes be absolutely muddled in their thinking and appoint someone with clearly rabid neocon sympathies. Thankfully this forum isn't affiliated with comrade Namazie's organisation otherwise I'd be massively disappointed.

    Oh, I didn't understand that you were asking who is using them, I thought you were merely questioning whether they are being used or not, the who are the conspirers of the wars who own the media and use it to implement their desired policies, the Iraq and Lybian (and basically every other US war ) was done on false pretenses, there are countless documentaries about this, if you think the Iraq war was simple misunderstanding and honest mistake we can argue that but I want to know where are you coming from.

    I think America was attacked on 9/11, the entire country felt it and wanted to do something, and this was an excuse to invade Iraq and remove Saddam, which the previous administration had wanted to do in the 90s.

    This forum, as you know, allows for the sharing and critiquing of ideas. It is not necessary for us all to agree with each other so long as this is done within the confines of the forum rules. Your abusive language and insults directed at a member – irrespective of whether or not she is a moderator - simply will not be tolerated. It directly violates the rules of this forum. I suggest taking a break from your keyboard for a moment and coming back when you can make your points without resorting to personal insults.
