I don't know what it is. I went to sleep at 2:08 am yesterday and woke up 5:30 am for work. I can't sleep and it's 22:55. I've taken Nytol at 0:36 and it has NO effect. Maye a little drowsiness that has worn off.
How do ig et to sleep? I need my sleep.
I had to go on beta blockers to stop my stress chemicals from overreacting. That helped my sleep. Then I started eating before bed and that helped my sleep. Then I quit all caffeine and found what I had been missing.
But usually everyone tells you to take melatonin a half hour before bed.
