It's very interesting to see the change in narrative the last few years. You see people of muslim background now starting to question the less flattering sides of islam all the time on twitter, facebook and youtube these days. And even on some predominantly muslim message boards, you now increasingly see that there are people who are saying certain elements within islam are causing problems.
Some of the handles are quite clear on what they feel are problematic elements within islam, while others too are at least questioning.

Of course the denialists are still in majority, but we are seeing a change, and this is even occurring among Pakistanis, those who have been more islamic than Mohammad himself.
