all Kafir are fair game. Kafir are never innocent because they are unbelievers. Am I incorrect?

    Yes, you are incorrect.

Thank you Hassan for that comment!

You are mixing Kafir with Murtad. And you are mixing Muslims in Dar-Al-Islam and Muslims in Dar-Al-Harb.

"Ask the slave girl; she will tell you the truth.' So the Apostle called Burayra to ask her. Ali got up and gave her a violent beating first, saying, 'Tell the Apostle the truth.'"

[24:30] Tell the believing men that they shall subdue their eyes (and not stare at the women), and to maintain their chastity. This is purer for them. GOD is fully Cognizant of everything they do.

Why do you refer to the eyes when it is the mind that is the Driver.

Yeah you are right mind is the driver. So mind will give the command of eyes to lower the gaze. So actually it refers to command which mind should give to the eyes.

Once the mind is made up nothing can stop it.

Once the mind is made up nothing can stop it.

Which is evident, obviously, in your case.
