I wish to condone the attacks in Mumbai.

Miss Pakistan World speaks out on CNN, and says that everyone should condone the attacks.

(I can't see which is the correct link to the video, on CNN).

I'm sure she means condemn, but keeps on repeating it.

Well I'd hope she means condemn, but on the other hand "beauty queens" aren't exactly chosen for their brains.

She's some sort of representative to attract businesses to Pakistan.
