    I am a nomadic poster. I wandered into Islamonline.net in search for an online Quran to skim through so I wouldn?t be in the dark when my Muslim friends and relatives (I married a Bangladeshi) referenced it during political discussions. From there I got drawn into the forums where I met BMZ who invited me to his forum where I met Hassan who invited me here. So I have been passed around like a virus. I?m not Muslim, but I am technically British since I was born in Leeds before moving to Canada as a baby.

    For a long while I've been searching for a forum where there are not only Atheists, but also people  who are ex-Muslims.

    To be honest, I heard about the council of Ex-Muslims before but never knew there was a forum.

    One day while browsing through youtube, I stumbled onto Hassan's youtube channel where in the video title My Story, he said "you can ask questions in this forum" and he provided the link.

    I followed the link and it led me here. I'm very happy I've stumbled onto this awesome site. Not to mention very thankful I got to meet you fine people. After posting here, I've met more ex-Muslims who share my perspective on religion both in this site and on youtube.

    Again! Late on the thread. I stumbled upon this site by typing the word "ex-muslim" into google. I wasn't sure it would come up with anything. I went on ffi as well but found the forum distasteful, although the articles were good.
