A question for Baal (or any Arabic knowledgeable)

I have a question on the use of Laysa in Koran.

Koran 56:2

لَيْسَ لِوَقْعَتِهَا كَاذِبَةٌ

"There is no denying that it (al-Waqi`ah) will befall"

Laysa negates Kathib (to deny). I just want to check if you agree that Kathib is a verb, and based on this, that Laysa can indeed negate verbs.

"It may happen that the enemies of Islam may consider it expedient not to take any action against Islam, if Islam leaves them alone in their geographical boundaries... But Islam cannot agree to this unless they submit to its authority by paying Jizyah"

Laysa > "Not"
Le --> "To"
Waqi'ah --> Something that befell. Often used as a synonym to "incident"
atha --> "her" pronoun
Kaziba --> "female Liar" <--> Not a verb

I did not read the verse yet, the word for word means something like:
"Not to her incident is she a liar/denier".

"Ask the slave girl; she will tell you the truth.' So the Apostle called Burayra to ask her. Ali got up and gave her a violent beating first, saying, 'Tell the Apostle the truth.'"

Are you certain Kaziba is a noun (female liar) rather than a verb?

I thought for negation with a female subject Laysat (لَيْسَت) is used.

Sura 56 is (far as I can see) about the Resurrection day... Is the verse more likely to say that no females give the lie to it's coming or no one at all lies about it?
