Mr ibn Abdullah, who has an opinion on everything, has cursed men who dress like women & vice versa.

Its from the Sunan of Abu Dawud:

Book 27, Number 4087:
Narrated Abu Hurairah:
The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) cursed the man who dressed like a woman and the woman who dressed like a man.

So this means no jeans, trousers & shorts for women & certainly no skirts & gowns for men!

Seriously, does Mo need to have an opinion on everything under the sun, & an opinion about such trivial & harmless stuff?

Actually, now that I think about it, it is rude & unneccessary. I had made a thread beginning with, "Listen murtads, kafirs & Muslims," so I thought up a similar title.

Yes, it is rude. Its a basic level of courtesy to address someone by their name, or if online by their chosen screen name. Till date I haven't seen any muslim, or anyone of another religion that wouldn't think someone rude to address them that way.

Yeah, and it also seems a little condescending, considering you have the exclamation mark there to. It is far more easier to get Muslims to listen to you if they can trust you and do not feel intimated. This is one of the reasons why this forum is a success in attracting apostates.

SNB, if somebody addressed me as "Hey Atheist", I would privately think "you ignorant cunt" and publically say "don't talk to me like that". So, as a mod, it would be hypocritical of me to tolerate standards of basic courtesy for others that are lower than those I would demand for myself.

Well if you have the argument that its our forum and we will do whatever we want then Its fine but dont expect people to believe in what you say . IF anyone addresses me as "hey atheist" I would not have any problem because atheist is not an abuse and its a fact . I can show you plenty of people who would have no problems.Anyway this is my last post regarding this issue.
