Something like that. Yoghurt, cumin, coriander (fresh and powder), garam masala, tumeric, red chilli, fresh garlic and ginger, chopped green chilli, juice of one lemon and some red food colouring.

I think I may have had Ethiopian food before. I tried so many foods from so many parts of the world, almost every food from Europe, many from Africa, Latin America, Asia etc. There are only a few ethnic foods which I really find gross, and thats Moroccan and Thai.

Matured ribeye marinated in soy, garlic, ginger and chilli. Served with mash (used Marabela potatoes, they're very buttery) and boiled carrots

It's just a good steak with chinese inspired flavours. I used dried chilli flakes because i didn't have any fresh red chilli.

Ferrero.. do you ever use sesame seed oil?  Fundamental ingredient to most
chinese food. I use it in just about everything!

J&T(nice to see you active, again!): yes, in small quantites in stirfrys and such. Alittle bit goes a long way Afro

Thats for sure!!  A warning label should be put on the bottles:
"no more than a few drops at most" LOL

Except I use about a tablespoon when I make a chinese marinade.  But it
has alot of other fluids in it to offset that amount of sesame seed oil.
