"Troll alert. Don't feed the trolls please."

Please, Bioshock was nothing more than a watered down System Shock 2 with a graphics update, nothing about the gameplay was original and the only highpoints of the game were the visuals and atmosphere. The game was a very good FPS, but it was no where near the hype and when compare to SS2, it was bland and for the most part disappointing.

Back on topic I don't think l4d2 should realeased at all. The content should just be released as an update to the original l4d. Look at Team Fortress 2, all the patches and content added (new maps and weapons) since it's release probably amounts to more content than you'll see in l4d2.

But they did that with F.E.A.R with the expansion files, and apparently it's quiet similar to F.E.A.R 2. So if they do that with L4D2, they shouldn't bring out another one out, just the expansion.

What a way to make money.

    Link?

Oh I don't know if he still has the site, it was about 5 years ago! I'll ask him though. You never know.

I'm waiting for Bioshock 2, Halo ODST and next year the Elder Scrolls V.

    Is Bioshock any good?

Not a Halo fan, but my boyfriend is addicted to it. I got Halo Wars free with my xbox elite package and I gave it to him to play, he was the happiest guy alive Tongue

    Is Steam owned by Valve?
I thought they were in the business of making a game and then supporting it for years with free updates. Or am I mistaken?

Bioshock is a spectacular game. It mixes all of the best elements of a horror, first person shooter, rpg and general action/adventure. It's also a graphical treat and a wonderful story.

    Brilliant stuff.

Yeah steam is owned by valve, it's one of the reasons why Half-Life 2 took half a decade to be released. And Left 4 Dead is one of their first games to have lackluster update support. Valves update support is one of the reasons why TF2 still has a strong community.
