    Actually, the quote itself was coined by Shirin Ebadi, a human rights campaigner and Muslim lady from Iran.

    Basically, the idea that all cultures are inherently equal is something that she and I personally don't agree with.

    Here is how she said it in an interview:

    However, I was just reading a book about the tomb of Qin Shihuang and the cultural/political background of those times in China (c 200 BC). The quote comes from "Gouqin lun" (The Faults of Qin) by Jia Yi:
