    Yes - me too - I used to play it over and over again as it just seemed to capture perfectly how I was feeling when I was indeed, "Losing my Religion".

    tbh I can't think why I have never used it before on my vids lol - but I reckon it's perfect for Tommy's.  Afro

    Sure I'm okay with it. But, I'll add that in around the end of the video. I want to break the video down to sections--a section where people recorded themselves in a video, a section where it's just audio, and last section where it's just quotes.  Afro

    I'll be up for just putting some quotes in. I'm pretty camera shy and I stutter when I'm nervous so I wont be comfortable doing an audio.

    An update:

    I have so far received a submission from Hassan and Islame. Just to let you know, I'll be starting on this project next Saturday, 9/12/09. This gives time for others to submit in their piece.

    Yeah, the whole video would pretty much be the challenge. It'll serve as an encouragement for closest ex-Muslims and fence sitters to come out.

    I'm typing and recording something at the moment. Boy my voice sounds shitty, I can't even decide what pitch to speak in, what accent to use, should I go totally British...? LOL! Cheesy

    I'm going to send in a text for now, don't have time to type one up atm but should hopefully have one done by Monday. If I have any courage I might do an audio file, I'll see how crap I sound and decide whether it's good enough to use Tongue I don't know what I've done with my mic though.

    That really depends on how much effort everyone puts into it. If you put in shitty effort you'll get shitty results and if you put in great effort, then well, the end result will be satisfying.  Wink

    Come on people - lets all try our best to contribute to the project, it will only take 15mins of your time if you do it quickly and are starting from scratch.

    Here's some pointers which will save you time if you're a novice like me:

    1) Download audacity and press the red button to start, and square button to stop recording.  Convert file to .ogg
     file
    2) Download 'free mp3 wma converter plus' and convert to mp3 file
    3) Go to www.kiwi6.com and upload mp3 file there and share link with Tommy
    4) There is no point 4 - its job done!

    I've already made a Video Islame. The problem I'm having is that I had to fix the audio to get rid of static (done) but now I need a programme to sync the video and the audio-and windows movie maker is crashing all the time and I haven't found a solution. Also, I don't want to rerecord the video because I had a facebeard then and now I've had a shave and maybe the facebeard would be attractive to show Muslims that ex-Muslims aren't just in it to get rid of rituals (even though I had a facebeard because I couldn't be arsed to shave)

    Does anyone know any decent programs that can sync video and audio. ...like moviemaker?

    If you're using torrents, you can download Adobe After Effects. Or, you can try googling for another movie making program that's a freeware.
