The Heaven . . .

I saw a profile of a muslimah in a site....
In her profile,,,There was a sentence as -- IAM STRIVING FOR JANNAH
I have seen that same sentence in many sites written by muslims in their profile or in any other section.

? a joke

Striving ? ......So that means they are doing good things always ..thinking they will be sent to heaven ?
And if these kinds of people came to know that there is no Heaven,Then they wont care about doing good things ?

These people are thinking,they will live happily endless life in Heaven...

I mean,there is a limit for anything....
This is absolutely crazy...

These people believe strongly that there is Afterlife.....
The main thing is...these people are caring less about the existing life and thinking about the Afterlife...

How stupid these people are................

Yes Sameer, that is awful to think that many religious people do good things only because they are afraid of Hell or because they want to go to heaven. They are not nice because it is nice to be nice! That always upset me.

Yes its really childish in a way - either being afraid of a boogeyman or selfishly being teacher's pet!

I don't even think it would be as annoying if it wasn't for their attitude of moral superiority ... how is an enforced morality moral?

and yet, it's far better than them doing terrible things to themselves and others because they believe they will be rewarded

There is actually a third reason why some people do good things which involves neither the greed for "Jannah" or the fear of "Jahannam" and that is the "Ridhwan" of Allah or even gazing upon him. It's more of a sufi concept but it is an option that's available.

That sounds more like Christian heaven

Whereby the heaven is not materialistic rather based on being in the presence of God

Personally I would puke.
