    Debating religion with my mum again today.

    I calculated she spends 3 hours everyday in servitude to Allah, that includes prayers and reading the Quran in Arabic (she does every single nafil). 

    I mentioned that she should read the translation rather than the Arabic, to gain a better understanding of what the Quran is saying.

    She said there was no point, as all that reading the translation achieves is make people, as it did to me, leave Islam  mysmilie_977

    Say what?Huh? Nothing beats the absolute winner from my mum though:-

    "Well your nikkah is invalid now so there!"

    As if that makes a difference?

    Worst argument has to be when your debater says that we have to have faith and believe in Allah or the Quran just on faith.

    However, my favorite example of how faith is silly is that a lawyer can never say to the Judge that his client is innocent just because he has faith in him or her. The lawyer is required to show evidence and concrete evidence that is...  Afro

    certain fruits are shaped in appearance to be easily eaten by humans and animals .

    Well what about pineapples and cocunuts and why do some fruits smell horribly bad and some are even poisonous ( i think ) Tongue

    Yeah I got the "bakwas band kar" as well followed by "apni akhirat or biwi bachon ki akhirat naa kharab karro".

    I was talking to my mum about god at the bus stop after my interview a couple of days ago.

    I said to her if god exists, and he cant stop so and so bad thing from happening, yet he has time to punish trivial things, then he's not a good god.

    And her response was "Hai Allah, tumhe job nahi chahiye?"

    Translation: "Oh my god, don't you want that job?"

    I put up a video on facebook about a virgin gay airline commercial. The next morning (yesterday) my mom asks me to remove it because: "Not that we hate them, but at least 10% of those who see this add will think you are gay."

    Silly mommy. 10% of those i know, are flamers who secretly and openly wish i was also gay anyways regardless what Ad I put up.

    I was just arguing with my mum about Noah's ark and the flood story.

    I said it was impossible to put all the species on one boat, when taking into consideration their habitat, and how ridiculous it sounds when you think about how that many animals simply could not fit onto one ark.

    She said oh it wasn't 6 billion, just a few here and there.

    I asked her where the rest of the animals came from then.  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

    Yeah my mum and dad are going to haj in a few days time and it really pisses me off. I tried almost everything to convice them to leave islam never worked :(

    My favourite bit is at 0.24sec - he takes a picture of the earth which has Mecca as its centre, and then claims its a miracle that Mecca is at the centre.  Talk about circular logic.

    Dumbass! The earth is a globe - you can put anything at the centre of the earth depending on which cross-sectional photo you take!  Knock, Knock - is anyone home.  Hellllooooo.
