It's crude. Being offensive for the sake of it is useless.

    What's your point Islame?

It's up to whoever uses it...  Are we going to start suggesting censorship now?  Your finding it tasteless could indicate far more maturity and intellectual superiority on your part... so why bother with people who don't know any better?

I didn't really take any notice of it when I first saw it, but now that you've mentioned the honey part and I had a closer look, I must admit that it cracked me up a bit...

I agree with you, but just interested to see how the voting would split, as I know there is a difference of opinon on this issue.

How about a fourth option-- it's wrong, but I admit it is kind of funny for all the wrong reasons? I think it's the flies around his dick that do it for me.  Cheesy

It made me smile too.  Did those who voted no, not even smirk when they saw the picture?

P.S  I dont get why it would have flies around it, as it appears to have been well used during his lifetime.

Perhaps its worn out and gone septic, or perhaps its a lure for Aisha to tempt her with one of those delectable  flys wings?

The flies are odd but apart from those being slightly dubious I have no problem with the image. I mean the guy did get it up over a nine year old girl who, in her own words, was still playing with dolls at that age. So really the picture is just accurate.

I guess since this is FFI we are talking about it epitomises their style. Accurate or not it's more than enough talking about and thinking about it but having this as your avatar is perverted in itself. Who the fuck wants to see this when they look at that when they login to a forum?

Well it's just me but its unnecessary. Whatever floats ya boat tho, right?

Its just a drawing.  Anyone offended by a mere cartoon needs to get a thicker skin.

I didn't vote as I don't see it as an issue of right or wrong, but personally I find the image disturbing and regardless of what the person may say about it depicting a particular issue, I have to wonder about the person who wants to have such a picture constantly associated with their posts.

they say a picture can convey a thousand words, in this cartoon I think that is true - dont you?

A picture can convey a thousand words, but..........its just a cartoon.  I'm far less bothered by a silly drawing of a 7th century scene,  no matter how controversial, than I would be by this.........

That is indeed a very disturbing picture, Cheetah. But I also find the avatar in question disturbing. There are certain images that can trigger emotions - whether they are cartoon or not. As I said it is not a question of right or wrong and certainly not about censorship - but I would be telling a lie if I said I didn't find that avatar disgusting and would wonder about who would want to have it. I believe I once told anti-jihadist that I also find his avatar disgusting. Maybe I'm a bit of a prude - it wouldn't be the first time someone said that to me. But I'm sorry I can only say what I feel.

No, I don't think you're a prude.  I do think, however, that its hard for a South Park fan to get offended at anything in cartoon form.  Once you've sang along to Mr. Hanky the Christmas Poo everything else seems tame by comparison.
