Rihanna's Face Photoshoped?

I was wondering, I know they usually Photoshop celebs still photos for magazines, but never thought they do that for movies too. Just watch this interview and look exactly at 3:34 sec, you will notice that her face is not as smooth as the rest of the video clip.

I love Photoshop! or what is it called the movie editing version of it?

I am not talking about the make up. I am talking about digitally retouched images. Still or videos. I was not sure they did that for videos. But looking at this video, now I think they do!

The picture is quite foggy, as she gets older, you will notice the fog increasing, like liz taylor now, you can barely detect a human being standing in the middle of a fogged screen.
