I get the impression that it is inadvertent self-satire. Really, if he is going to do his job properly, he should be telling all the little girls they are whores for not wearing hijab.

Ah, I just saw the end credits on one of them (hadn't bothered to watch the whole thing the first time). It's supposed to be a send up.
