I'm seriously getting annoyed right now. Seriously, do these Salifucks just make everything Haram just because of laziness? Or are they just trying to be as big of a dick as possible? Its kind of like that Simpsons episode where Homer works at home when he is obese, he types Yes for everything so he just gets a wooden bird to type the letter Y all the time. Its like Islam QA in a way. If they get a question, its automatically haram, just easier that way. I hate to say this, but the people who say you can have tons of fun being a Muslim are a bunch of fucking morons, and I don't like saying that but thats the reality.

But honestly, how many Muslims would follow this fatwa? Maybe 1%? Not even.

Technically they are correct though, aren't they?

You would be amazed lol. So many Muslim friends of mine recommended that site to me, when you are bored one day Iblis, just go on IslamQA and browse the questions and fatwas. Subjects varying from coffee to pre-cum to earning money in cafes and E numbers, its wild!

Well who know what's correct in Islam. It isn't an obvious primary issue that you can use the core fundamental value of Islam on. Its more of a secondary and tertiary issue that involves lots of modern shit that would have plenty of room for interpretation as far as Islam goes. So I doubt we can sit here and say "yeah this fatwa is consistent with Islam" the same way we can consider terrorism being consistent with Islamic values.

Well fact is, a vast majority (90%+) of Muslims watch sports quite obsessively. So I can't see where this fatwa is really being used in real life.

I know a FEW religious brothers who love cricket and football, but thats about it. Most of the ones I met, religious ones, say watching sports is something that is a waste of time, that you should read Qur'an or make zikr instead.
