I was going to put agree to disagree but realised that would probably come across as snide.

Anyway, back to the topic. I would consider myself a feminist as I hold the view that men and women shouldn't be confined to predetermined roles regardless of the individual and in fact should have equal opportunity to prove themselves.

`But I don't want to go among mad people,' Alice remarked.
`Oh, you can't help that,' said the Cat: `we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.'
`How do you know I'm mad?' said Alice.
`You must be,' said the Cat, `or you wouldn't have come here.'

AWTA.

Think the word "feminist" is going to be challenging for us in the long-term though, to describe such a position. It really is related to all the other civil rights struggles that demand equal opportunity regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, etc.

I just had to google AWTA, first thing I got was a company in Saudi.

It's interesting you should bring that up. Some people say the word sexism has taken on a negative meaning.
