    Does the campaign have draft legislation of proposed/demanded revisions to the Arbitration Act?

    If they have issues, we could work out the proposals here.
    The big issue would be ensuring that there is ensuring that undue influence is not brought to bear on a weaker party to an agreement to arbitrate.  Once you have a situation where both parties fully understand and accept arbitration in accordance with any given set of rules, you have to let them do that.
