Hello everyone!

I have never been a muslim . I got in touch with islam when my best friend converted. It was not a big deal in the beginning, but after a few years she turned out quite extremist.

I started to study islam in order to learn more about the complete change of my friend. I read the quran, more than once, in different translations. I even learned some arabic . And I couldnt quite believe what I read. I then went on to the hadeeths of muslim and buchari. What can I say, I was totally disgusted.

I hope to enter some interesting conversations in this forum with both exmuslims and possibly friends of converts to islam who went through similar experiences I had.

I am european.

I dont exactly recall how I found you. With all that trouble with my ex-bestfriend, I was following many islamic and anti-islamic sites. This is the first one I am getting actively involved. I had a time when I was crazy for apostate stories. They triggered pleasant illusions about my ex-friend finding sanity again. So... I think I found you via google or links on other websites.
