  • No quote on last reply?
     OP - April 25, 2010, 02:39 PM

    Hi.

I can't find a quote-option on the very last reply. I can understand why this would be removed, but sometimes it does get a little annoying. If, for instance, you want to reply to several posts or if you want to reply to a specific part in the last reply etc. the quote function would come in handy.

Is this some personal setting on my part, or is this a forum standard?

Bukhari 62:142 - Narrated Anas bin Malik:
The Prophet used to pass by (have sexual relation with) all his wives in one night, and at that time he had nine wives.

Its forum standard.  People were mindlessly quoting the post above them just to type a smilie or something in response and it got annoying.  Just use the quick reply box and paste anything you need to quote into it, or alternatively press post reply and then click on quote this post.
