I feel for Ghana....and I feel for Africa.

But Uruguay will be at a severe disadvantage against Holland. They've already lost their star Luis Suarez for that red card, and I think 1-2 more will miss the semis because of suspension.

Ghana have all the potential to become powerhouses of Africa. Such a young, talented, and hard working squad. We will see them back in 2014 Smiley

heartbreaking for Gyan. What a heroic penalty in the shootout though, brilliant.

Penalty shootouts should not determine a game. What a crappy way to win. Pragmatics.

I know. Gyan must really be kicking himself in the ass right now. I'm mad at him, but feel really bad for him.

Cry gotta feel for the boy Gyan. atheist.pk is right though, they are by far the best team in Africa nowadays and a young team. semis would have been an amazing occasion for them - but i think they can look forward to a good 2014

The three teams left in the tournament who actually want to play good football - argies, germans and spaniards
it's a shame they're all on the same side of the draw, would have been great to have a spain - argentina final

Poor poor Ghanians. Interesting update at Ladbrokes:

    Holland  2/1
    Spain  9/4
    Argentina  7/2
    Germany  11/2
    Uruguay  9/1
    Paraguay  40/1

Let's not forget how wrong Ladbrokes were on England and Brazil ... it's all to play for with the top three ... perhaps top four also hahaha!
