    Funny thing to as I can go weeks with no lecture on it. Than bam it's a 10 minute lecture on WHY I don't wake up. Apparently being too deep into sleep to care wake up isn't a good enough answer. I guess it's mostly my fault I use to wake up all the time back when I was and use to do Night Prayer as well.

    Ha. Convenient my ass. When you open a box of matches you want one that works. You don't want a silly little piece of burnt wood.

    If you operate on the assumption that a matchbox will be full of matches that will bloody well work, then you will be irritated when you retrieve one that doesn't, and you will wonder WTF was the point of putting it back in the matchbox.

    If the matchbox has been used a lot, most of the matches in it will be useless. This means you will have to dig through them to find one that will work. This is not convenient. Tongue

    But seriously, I put the matches back in. That way, I can burn their back ends later with another match cuz I like the fire. XD

    ...although that is a good idea  grin12 but I told you, if your matchstick is running out, you can light the back of a used one and use it to continue your perusal of, I dunno, a letter or something.

    Cuz, if somebody is still using matchsticks, either they live in Pakistan where the electricity is always going, or they live in the 20th century and haven't heard of email.

    Over here we have timber, which is a word properly use to describe wood that has been processed via a sawmill. It is not a word that should be used to warn people of a falling tree. That's silly. The proper words to use under those circumstances are "Watch out for the fucking tree!"

    Lumber is Canada's 2nd (or maybe 1st) largest export!! And timber and lumber are different, I'm not sure how, but they are.

    And that's so dumb. Tongue That sentence is like 5 times longer. When a tree is falling, you need a short and snappy warning. "Timber" is maybe 1 syllable too long, but it's better than: "Watch out for the effin' tree!"
