We don't think that a sane government would get the world involved into a huge destruction ( or mess), and we don't think any single American official could think of that.

The second video is
alot of what they said is unclear, but at the beginning the guy says: She is drunk. She answers: your mother is (this is a typical way for answering curses in Saudi Arabia).
when she stands in the middle of the street between the two cars she says: I am not walking away.
the gay says: why are you covering your face O dog?. He asked her later to show off her face.
The girl frequently threatened the guy by saying: I swear to Allah I will show you. ("I will show you" is a form of threatening in Saudi Arabia, meaning I will show you what will happen to you, maybe the English equivalent is "You will see").
at the end the girl says she can get the guy jailed for ten years.
